All educational products are shipped within 48 -72 hours of placing the order.

Personalized Orders
Since we have to curate the product as per your requirement we need
7-8 days to get the order ready for dispatch.

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details via email so you know when to expect it.

Expected delivery timelines:
It takes approximately 3 to 10 business days for the courier to be delivered.
Please Note: Business days does not include Sundays or Public Holidays.

Return & Refund Policy
We at Doxbox are working hard to ensure the product quality and also that the
Product reaches to your homes safely.
We don’t have a exchange or refund policy on personalized products as they are specially manufactured for you.
However if the product arrives to you in damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect then the same can be replaced or refunded.

kindly email us on care@doxbox.in with a photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving. We will either replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
Please try to ensure that the product is unused and also in the same packing materials.
We at present do not have a reverse pickup arrangement so the wrong product or damaged product will have to be shipped by you and share us the details of shipment.

Once we have received the shipment in our workshop, we will do a quick inspection
To ensure that its unused and not damaged in transit.
We will issue the refund or store credit which can be used in your future purchase from our website.
